History: This lady had one previous rhinoplasty ten years prior. She complained of her tip being too bulbous and turned up as well as breathing difficulties.
Front View: The frontal view shows reduction of the bulbous tip and lengthening of the nose using rib cartilage grafts.
Side View: This view demonstrates bringing the tip downwards. She had a strong bridge before that had to be reduced so the tip could be moved closer to the face and still be in balance.
