This 31 year old woman was displeased with the large stretch marks on her lower abdomen, and laxity of the abdominal wall that did not improve with exercise. We designed an abdominoplasty incision so that it would be hidden by swimwear (as seen by her tan), and removed the stretch marks and tightened her abdominal wall during the surgery. The incisions are immature and young, and are expected to fade with time.
