This 26 year old woman was unhappy with the appearance of her stomach, which resulted after child birth. She wanted to get rid of stretch marks on her lower stomach, and improve the skin tone of her stomach wall. We decided on an extended abdominoplasty, where I aggressively tightened her stomach musculature and removed the lax abdominal wall skin. She was quite happy and impressed with the results we achieved.
